Green Ocean Group (formerly known as Online One Corporation Berhad) currently operates in two business segments namely, the Palm Oil and Bio-Technology and Information Communication Technology (“ICT”).

Its Palm Oil and Bio-Technology segment sees the establishment of two new operations to spearhead this market space. Ace Edible Oil Industries Sdn Bhd (“AEO”) owns and operates an integrated palm kernel crushing facility on a 4.8 acres freehold land in Klang, Selangor DE and is principally involved in palm kernel crushing, refining of palm oil and palm kernel oil and producing palm kernel expellers as commodities for sales. Recently AEO has ventured into premium health balanced cooking oil market as well. Ace Biomass will focus on selected bio-technology partners to provide research and development, and commercialise the application of new bio-technology to palm kernel expellers for animal feed compound and fertilizer utilization.

The ICT’s range of products includes proprietary software and third party hardware and software. Services provision consist of implementation and integration services for its propriety software solutions and third party hardware and software solution, business continuity outsourcing solutions and business intelligence solutions.
