Lt. Col (R) Dato’ Zarazilah Bin Mohamed Ali
Malaysian, aged 69

Dato’ Zarazilah Bin Mohamed Ali was appointed to the Board on 10 January 2005 and is a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

He received his Bachelor of Military Science from the Command and Staff College, Bandung, Indonesia in 1973. He served in various appointments with the Malaysian Armed Forces between 1960 and 1978. He was part of the Malaysian contingent that was sent to Congo in the service of the United Nations in 1961. Over the years, he advanced in the ranks, holding positions as Company Second in Command, Battalion Commander, Chief Instructor and Deputy Commandant. In 1978, he served in the Ministry of Defence as Administration Staff Officer.

He is currently the Executive Chairman of New Landmarks Sdn Bhd and Pembinaan OCK (M) Sdn Bhd. Both companies are involved in property development. He is also a Director of the Sutera Harbour Resort group of companies, the Sutera Sanctuary Lodges group of companies and Premier Quest Sdn Bhd.



 
Lee Byoung Jin (top)
Korean, aged 42

Mr Lee Byoung Jin (Mckinlee) was appointed to the Board on 27 December 2007. He is responsible for formulating the business strategies and directions of Green Ocean Group. Mr. Lee carries various experiences in palm oil related industries, bio-technology and information technology industries.

He graduated with Bachelor of Economics (Seoul National University) in 1994. He was the co-founder and Vice President for VK Corporation Co. Ltd., Seoul from September 1998 – July 2000. He was also the CEO of Shinhae Information Technology Inc, Seoul, Korea between December 1998 and December 2002.

In 2004, he co-founded Enertech Co. Ltd. a company that operates renewable energy plants. Subsequently in 2007, together with Aroma POSTECH Renewable Energy Co. Ltd. from Korea, Mr Lee founded Tropical Chase Sdn Bhd. Tropical Chase Sdn Bhd is an investment company and provides plantation management services. Mr Lee is also a Director of Tropical Chase Sdn Bhd.



 
Voon Seng Keong (top)
Malaysian, aged 48

Mr Voon Seng Keong is responsible for the business direction and strategies of the Group. He was appointed to the Board on 10 January 2005. He possesses more than 21 years experience in the Information Technology industry. He graduated with Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1986.



 
Kua Liang Ming (top)
Malaysian, aged 40

Mr Kua Liang Ming is responsible for the business direction and operations of the Green Ocean Group. He oversees the ICT and Bio Technology business of the Group. He was appointed to the Board on 10 January 2005.

He graduated with Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing Science from the Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom in 1993 and has more than ten (10) years of experience in management, sales and marketing, and information technology. Before joining OST in 2003, he was with Patimas. His positions while at Patimas include Sales Manager and Senior Manager of PSM Technology Sdn Bhd, Senior Manager of GMH Services (MSC) Sdn Bhd and General Manager of Automatic Identification Technology Sdn Bhd. With his various experience and exposure lead him to execute the direction for the Group’s in Bio Technology segment. He also won many large projects for the Group and played an important part in the Group’s growth.



 
Ooi Say Teik (top)
Malaysian, aged 50

Mr Ooi Say Teik was appointed to the Board on 6 December 2007 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He graduated from the University of Malaya in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), majoring in Economics. In 1990, he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London and was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High court of Malaya in 1991. Since then, he has been involved in a wide spectrum of the law, particularly in the areas of corporate, banking and litigation.

Mr Ooi currently sits on the Board of Caely Holdings Bhd. He is an independent non-executive director of Caely Holdings Bhd.



 
Siow Hock Lee (top)
Malaysian, aged 53

Mr Siow Hock Lee was appointed to the Board on 12 April 2008 and is the the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 1985 and 1986 respectively. Mr. Siow was attached with various public accounting firms since 1979 before he started his own accounting practice under the name of Messrs. SC Associates in 1993.

Mr Siow currently sits on the Board of Caely Holdings Bhd and Amtel Holdings Berhad. He is an independent non-executive director of Caely Holdings Bhd and Amtel Holdings Berhad.
