Green Ocean Corporation Berhad (formerly known as Online One Corporation Berhad) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 23 October 2003 as a private limited company under the name of Online One Corporation Sdn Bhd (“Online One”) and commenced its business operations on 6 February 2004. On 9 March 2004, Green Ocean was converted into a public company and assumed under the name of Online One Corporation Berhad. In April 2009, Online One officially changed its name to Green Ocean Corporation Berhad. Green Ocean is principally an investment holding company.
